When you place an order through TheWindingStairs.com, we prioritize fast and secure delivery.

Most domestic orders ship via UPS to ensure reliable tracking and timely arrival. USPS is used when shipping to PO Boxes, military addresses, and select international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Some specially ordered items or products fulfilled by partner facilities may require additional processing time. If that occurs, you will be notified and provided tracking information as soon as it becomes available.

International Orders

We're glad to ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and can be affected by customs processing outside of our control. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

• Art, Apparel, Pin Display Aprons, and Accessories: 3 to 5 business days
• Custom Aprons: 4 to 6 weeks
• International Orders: 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination country and local customs processing

Custom aprons are handcrafted pieces. Like any bespoke item, proper craftsmanship requires time and attention to detail.

Packaging Standards

With over a decade of experience shipping fine art, we take great care in preparing your order.

Unframed prints are carefully wrapped in protective tissue and secured in durable packaging to ensure safe transit. Smaller quantities ship in reinforced square mailing tubes, while larger orders are boxed for added protection.
Framed pieces are professionally secured using reinforced corner protection and upgraded packaging to ensure safe transit.

Our goal is simple. Your artwork should arrive in excellent condition and ready to display.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
